  Outside Germany

For Customers outside Germany it is recommended to order by Online-Store and to pay by credit card.
(Visa / Mastercard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / Diners).

Online-Store for Customers outside Germany

You will receive the receipt and your license certificate within one working day via e-mail.

  Within Germany

Customers within Germany may order by eMail (PDF), fax or postal.
We will deliver on invoice, payable within 10 days.

To process the order we need the following information:

• Type (Basic or Advanced) and number of licenses ordered.
• Invoice address and, if necessary, delivery address.
• Name and e-mail address of purchaser.
• If differing, name and e-mail address of the 3D-Tool user.

  Right of Cancellation for Consumers in Terms of §13 BGB

You may cancel your statement of contract within one month in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) without giving reasons or, if you received the goods within this period, by returning the goods.  The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form. To comply with the deadline, it will suffice if you duly send your cancellation or return the goods.  The cancellation is to be sent to:

Consequences of Cancellation:
In case of an effective cancellation, the services received by both sides and any uses derived (e.g. interest) are to be returned. If you cannot return the services performed by 3D-Tool in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated state, the case may be that you have to pay compensation so far. This shall not apply if the deterioration of the goods can solely be traced to such an examination as it would have been possible in a retail shop. Incidentally you can avoid the obligation to compensate for deterioration caused by using the goods if you do not use them as if you own them and refrain from doing anything which would impair their value. Goods capable of being shipped need to be shipped back on our risk. You must bear the cost of returning back the goods if the supplied goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40.00 Euro or, in the event that the goods have a greater value, if the payment or a contractually agreed part-payment has not been made at the time of cancellation. In all other cases 3D-Tool shall bear the cost of return. Goods which are not capable of being shipped will be picked up. Payment obligations must be performed within 30 days. This period starts for you upon sending the cancellation statement or the goods, and for us upon receiving them.
